Creative CS2 Sticker Crafts: Pink Floyd on an AK-47, Kakashi on a P90 and ohnePixel’s “Waaas?”
Sticker mechanics stopped being about slapping your favourite team’s logo on a gun a long time ago. The last few waves of stickers handed the community a proper toolkit, and enthusiasts immediately started building things the game has never had, or has barely had: album covers, anime characters, internet memes going back a decade.
We’d argue sticker crafting is still the most honest way to show a bit of originality. You can buy your way into a case opening, you can pay up for a rare float, but nobody is going to come up with a combination that nothing else on the server has for you. Especially right now, with so many fresh skins and stickers in circulation that the obvious pairings haven’t all been claimed yet.
So we’ve put together a handful of crafts to spark ideas of your own, and to hand you a few ready-made ones for freshening up an inventory. Spoiler: half of them cost a couple of dollars to recreate.
P90 | Nostalgia - Kakashi Craft

Kakashi Hatake on a P90, and you’ll clock him instantly: the mask, the forehead protector pulled down over his left eye, the silver hair sticking up, and a bolt of blue Chidori crackling in his open palm. The Copy Ninja, the man in charge of Team 7 and the mentor figure of the entire Naruto run, is the character fans put near the top of their list pretty much every time.
The skin was made for this. Nostalgia’s graffiti backdrop doesn’t fight the artwork, it just becomes the scene behind it. If you’re a Naruto fan who runs the P90, this is compulsory. If you’ve never watched it, take this as your excuse to start.
AWP | Black Box - Dragon Fruit Craft

The moment Dragon Fruit landed in the game, we said it would spawn dozens of crafts. That’s exactly what happened, and the red dragon is already all over servers and social feeds. There’s no shortage of variations either: people have it breathing fire, water, poison, even lightning.
We went for the one with the best animation. A bullet from the BullHit lenticular sits in the dragon’s jaws and spins as you turn the weapon. The meaning writes itself: one clean shot, one life. No other weapon in the game suits that scene.
MAC-10 | Video Cam - Electric Craft

The new Spy Tech MAC-10 is built to look like a handheld camera, right down to the AUDIO and VIDEO ports, the ISO switch and the red record button. Whoever made this craft took that literally: the little figure from Electric Avenue has plugged his cable into the wrong socket and taken a shock for it, while three ZZZAP! stickers around him supply the yellow flash.
The whole thing costs under four dollars and the gag reads at a glance. If you want to finish the thought, drop a WARNING sticker above it and you’ve got yourself a workplace safety notice.
M4A4 | Desolate Space - 30 Rock Meme Craft

Desolate Space’s astronaut turns into Steve Buscemi in 30 Rock, complete with the backwards cap, the skateboard over the shoulder and “How do you do, fellow kids?” The High Five! hand does the holding, and instead of a deck there’s a pizza spinning away on the lenticular.
The skin came out in 2016 and nine years on, everyone has had their fill of it. Which is what makes this worth doing: five dollars of stickers turn it into a joke that lands even on someone who sees your gun for two seconds across a server.
M4A1-S | Control Panel Craft

This is the kind of craft that reinvents nothing and simply pushes the original idea further. The receiver already has a control panel painted on it, switches and indicator lights and all, so we added a few more buttons, a green readout and a red Engine Start.
Handheld is the centrepiece: a pocket console running Tetris, dropped straight into the empty section of the panel. Control Panel comes from the Nuke collection, remember, so the logic holds up nicely. Nuclear plant operators need something to do between shifts too. Although that falling Tetris block does have a suspiciously familiar shape to it.
Desert Eagle | Printstream - Full White Craft
- WARNING x5 – $0.72
A pure technique, and one worth filing away. Five WARNING stickers scraped down 75% leave nothing but the red band of text running along the slide, and paint over everything underneath in white. The result is a Printstream without a single black line on the slide, an almost monochrome pistol for 70 cents. From there the idea scales to anything: pick a sticker in the colour you need, scrape it back to the base and repaint any section of the gun to suit whatever you had in mind.
USP-S | Kill Confirmed - Eye Craft

A newer player, or anyone not paying attention, won’t spot the difference at all. The skull on the grip has picked up bloodshot red eyes and a holographic turquoise shimmer, with two stickers sitting neatly in the sockets and supplying the shine the original never had.
Crafts like this are the ones that stick with us. Nothing is broken, the artist’s work is intact, and yet your eye now goes straight to the eyes, which catch the light every time you turn the gun. A few cents for an upgrade to a skin that was already a classic.
Glock-18 | Fully Tuned - Male Face Craft
- Strike A Pose – $0.26
If you’re tired of anime girls turning up on every other skin and you’ve been asking where the men are, the answer is sitting right in front of you. One Strike A Pose sticker over the face on the grip and Fully Tuned’s heroine becomes a male character instead. The funny part is that the acid pink and yellow palette hasn’t gone anywhere, and the contrast makes the whole thing read noticeably harder. Minimal intervention, complete change of character.

One for the ohnePixel crowd. Anyone who has spent fifteen minutes in that stream has heard the trademark “Waaaas?” It’s just German for “whaaat?”, but the way Mark delivers it has turned into a clipping genre of its own.
The signatures from WOOD7, AZR and Snappi spell the word out exactly, and Pixel Avenger next to them adds a pixel figure that nods straight at the streamer’s handle. Technically you’re looking at four other people’s autographs. Functionally you’ve got a signature from a streamer who isn’t in the game and probably never will be. Wintergreen’s green body helps too, since the stickers read from a distance on it, though any other skin will do the job.
AK-47 | Slate - Pink Floyd Craft

We couldn’t walk past this one. A pitch-black Slate body, a glitter prism built from the logo of Portuguese org SAW, and the Rainbow Route spectrum running off to the right: that’s the cover of Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side of the Moon, 1973.
Even if you’ve never heard a track off the album (fix that, please), you’ve seen that triangle. It’s been on t-shirts, posters and reissue sleeves for half a century now. Slate has long been treated as a blank canvas for crafts, but this is where the scale of the mechanic really lands: three stickers reproducing one of the most recognisable graphic images of the twentieth century, inside CS2.
USP-S | Black Lotus Craft

We’ll finish on the quietest option here. Five little ghost faces line up along the slide and settle into Black Lotus’s purple and blue palette as though the artist had drawn them in himself.
There’s no new concept at work, just a tidy lift in mood: it used to be dark and mysterious, now it’s a shade brighter and a lot more fun. If you’ve got Smoke Criminal sitting unused in your inventory and an untouched USP-S in the slot, go ahead without thinking twice. It won’t run you more than three and a half dollars.
