Combining Skins with Team Stickers in CS2. Best Major Sticker Combinations with Skins

Recently, team stickers have become less popular, as a huge number of custom crafts have appeared in the game that really take many skins to another level. However, old-timers who experienced times when there weren’t that many stickers remember that the best and most popular crafts were precisely combinations of Major team stickers with regular skins. In most cases, they consisted of simple color scheme matching between the logo and the weapon itself. In this article, we decided to reminisce about this fading trend and show that these crafts still have a right to exist.
AK-47 | Asiimov + Virtus.pro
Perhaps some of you didn’t even know what Counter-Strike was yet, but this combination was already appearing in every second player’s inventory. During the legendary Polish Bears lineup era, their fanbase was truly enormous and many were happy to be associated with the team by playing with their sticker. By the way, back then they used the old VP logo version, but their rebranding turned out much better than their roster rebuild after the Poles left. The Asiimov collection design was so associated with this team that many even thought about connections between the Russian organization and the skin creator.
AK-47 | Wintergreen + Falcons

This combination can hardly be called “classic” anymore, since Falcons was formed just a couple of years ago, and their first and only stickers appeared only in May this year. We must admit they turned out quite successful, and we also picked a brand new skin from The Boreal Collection for them, which perfectly fit with its matte green body. By the way, diversifying minimalist designs with bright stickers is also a trend from past years. As is the demand for green stickers, which have cost more than others since FlipSid3 Tactics times. This trend was later continued by Imperial, Entropiq, and now picked up by Falcons, whose holographic sticker costs over 20 bucks even during capsule sales.
M4A1-S | Printstream + G2

A non-obvious combination that we spotted from the main veteran of the Samurai – huNter. The elder Kovač generally loves to delight with interesting crafts or knife and glove combinations that haven’t appeared online before. For this combination, we recommend using specifically the holographic version from the Stockholm Major, although regular black and white versions also perfectly match the similar Printstream body. It’s all about the skin’s unique effect of color change depending on map lighting. The holo sticker perfectly emphasizes it and doesn’t stand out from the overall picture.
USP-S | Orion + Fnatic

It’s quite possible that recently you’ve seen this craft more often than the legendary tag at tier-1 events. The Swedish organization isn’t doing well in the sports department, but their legacy lives not only in fans’ memory but also on the Steam marketplace. The last Major where the team got their stickers was BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023, so we decided to use exactly these stickers to demonstrate this old-school combination. You’ll definitely find ready-made crafts with older sticker versions for sale.
AK-47 | Leet Museo + HEROIC

This combination can safely be called experimental, and in our opinion, it’s unlikely to leave anyone indifferent. The bright skin with extremely detailed artwork doesn’t seem to need sticker “upgrades” at first glance. However, this is a version that HEROIC themselves suggested, so we leave it to your judgment. The holographic effect of the stickers is indeed almost identical to the skin’s color scheme – from red to blue, but whether it was worth covering such an attractive design is an open question.
M4A4 | Buzz Kill + NAVI

Of course, the selection couldn’t do without another classic, but now with NAVI stickers. This team has absolutely all versions of team stickers, as the organization hasn’t missed a single Major, which is a unique achievement. Black and yellow colors have followed them since the day of foundation, so any similar skins are perfect for placing Born to Win stickers on them.
AK-47 | Panthera onca + FURIA

Color scheme isn’t always the determining factor when forming such combinations. For example, Brazilian organization FURIA has a logo in the form of a black panther, exactly the same as on AK-47 | Panthera onca. Therefore, there’s no doubt they’re perfect for each other. But our cunning has no limits, and we suggest using the golden version of stickers so they organically fit into the skin design not only thematically but also visually.
AK-47 | Redline + FaZe

Another case where you simply had to encounter such a craft at least once in your life. Whether it was a game on the pro scene or your own match on FACEIT. The black carbon body with recognizable red lines has tried on the red letter “F” from the Los Angeles organization’s logo thousands, maybe tens of thousands of times. When you look at this skin without stickers, it already seems incomplete and you want to return to this very version with FaZe Clan stickers.
Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm + Aurora

The second novelty of recent days alongside Falcons stickers – a craft with Aurora stickers. Ironically, this is partly one of the few cases where an organization essentially paid money to get their own stickers in the game. True, they didn’t do this directly through VALVE (obviously such an outcome is impossible), but by buying out the roster from Turkish tag Eternal Fire. We won’t go into deal details, we already did that in a separate article. What’s important now is that we got a sticker with an extremely stylish Tiffany color that got a very beautiful shimmer in the holographic version. We found it a place on Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm and got such a perfect combination that the stickers literally merge with the desert eagle’s design.
Galil AR | Chromatic Aberration + Complexity

We conclude this selection with a rather unusual combination that became popular in the first days of the update when it became possible to give stickers arbitrary positioning on weapons. The star from Complexity’s logo immediately found its place on the rifle’s magazine and has looked more than natural there ever since. One could note that this logo version is outdated, but quite recently the organization announced the end of their activities altogether. Press F. It’s good that they managed to establish themselves not only in HLTV archives but also on skins.
